The Centre for Tropical and Infectious Diseases (CTID) is a £23 million investment that brings together a multi-disciplinary team of scientists under one roof. The Northwest Regional Development Agency and the
European Union Objective One programme each contributed £9 million towards the project, with further support from the Wolfson Foundation and others. MG Barkers and MG Ceilings delivered a joint solution on this
project. Barkers provided consultation, space planning, design, supply and installation of furniture, while Ceilings and Linings designed, supplied and installed ceilings and partitions. The total project value was £355K.
